Order Only Menu—starts April 1

Sweet e’s will be open for order pick up only. We will not have product available for walk by traffic. 

  • Pick up Tuesday through Saturday 11:30—4pm 
  • Please call 604-264-9202 or email pastries@sweet-e.ca to place an order and arrange a pick up time. We can not take orders through FB or Instagram 
  • Order cut off is 3:30 pm the day before order pick up. Please wait for confirmation of pick up time. Pick up times will be considered as appointments so that we can control the number of customers in the shop at any one time. 

Staying at home as much as possible is our new reality. We can help you keep sane with our new “take and bake” products. You might just need to toss them in the oven, or you might need to add a couple more ingredients, but all off these things are easy and fun to make. You can even get creative and come up with your own special treat! 

Frozen Pie Dough—made with butter, flour, sugar, salt, water – $12/ 400g block or $20 for 2 400g blocks

Scone Mix –made with flour, sugar, butter, salt; keep it baking powder, salt; keep refrigerated; just add your own milk/buttermilk, fruit, cheese, etc. – $8.50 for 450g package

Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix –comes with all the dry ingredients including a generous helping of chocolate chips; just add your own egg and butter (makes approximately 24 large cookies) – $15 

Frozen Cookie Dough –pre-portioned dough to bake into some of our most popular cookies – $11.50/ dozen

A note regarding Passover and Easter

 

Things may be different this year, but you don’t have to give up everything. 

Lemon or Lime Pavlova will be available on Wed April 8 through and including Sun April 12. 

  • 4” – $12 
  • 6” – $25 
  • 8” – $38 

Individual Easter decorated sugar cookies as well as decorated mini sugar cookies will also be available from April 8-12. 

Ordering a day in advance is required. 

Standard Cakes

4” diameter cake will yield 4-6 servings and 6” diameter cake will yield 8-10 servings. All cakes can be kept covered in the fridge for 2-4 days or frozen (we suggest you cut into individual servings) for up to 2 months. 

4” diameter cakes are $25.50 6” diameter cakes are $44.50 

  • Black and White Cake –chocolate sponge cake with a light white chocolate mousse filling, finished with fresh whip cream 
  • Vanilla Raspberry Cake –vanilla sponge cake with a light and refreshing raspberry mousse filling, finished with fresh whip cream 
  • Carrot Cake –moist, rich carrot cake with organic Thompson raisins, with a tangy cream cheese frosting 
  • Flourless Chocolate Cake –gluten free chocolate cake (made with butter, eggs, cocoa, sugar, vanilla, baking soda, salt) with dark chocolate cream filling, finished with dark chocolate ganache

For those of you who just need enough for one 

All mini cakes are $4.75 each, plus applicable tax 

  • Mini Carrot Cake –same moist raisin carrot cake as the 4” and 6” size, topped with a generous portion of cream cheese frosting 
  • Mini Raspberry Chocolate Cake –light, punchy raspberry mousse layered on a moist chocolate cake 
  • Mini Chocolate Decadence Cake –rich dark chocolate mousse layered on a moist chocolate cake 
  • Mini Flourless Chocolate Cake –deeply chocolate, moist with true cake texture; same gluten free chocolate cake as the 4” and 6” size; dipped in ganache and dark chocolate micro shavings
